Job Summary

You will manage food preparation and customer transactions to ensure high-volume service standards are met consistently. This role directly impacts member satisfaction by delivering accurate orders efficiently during peak operating hours. You will serve as Full-Time, delivering the signature Methodical that sets Costco apart in the food service worker.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Preparation: Prepare up to 250 food items per hour using commercial ovens and pizza prep tables according to standardized recipes.
• Cash Register Operations: Process member transactions using touchscreen POS terminals while maintaining a cash drawer accuracy rate of 99 percent.
• Sanitation Maintenance: Sanitize food preparation surfaces and dining tables every 30 minutes utilizing chemical cleaning agents and test strips.
• Inventory Stocking: Restock ingredient stations and beverage dispensers from the walk-in freezer to ensure zero stockouts during operating hours.
