- Inventory and Stocking: Monitor ingredient levels in walk-in coolers and freezers, restocking the service line using manual pallet jacks and flatbed carts to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Sanitation and Maintenance: Execute daily closing sanitation checklists, utilizing commercial quaternary sanitizer solutions and floor scrubbers to clean the food preparation area and dining seating.
